As your IT Manager, Gahleru Solutions offers regular maintenance outside of normal business hours. The aim is to ensure that there is no or minimal downtime during business hours. Major upgrades can be organized for weekends so as not to interrupt the standard business week.

There are many elements that make up a network, nearly all of which require maintenance of some sort. Software manufacturers release a constant stream of service packs, security updates, critical patches, upgrades and hot fixes. These all need to be assessed and, where relevant, installed to ensure your network stays secure.

Hardware manufacturers also release firmware upgrades that often add new functionality or correct a fault.

Most businesses use at least one industry specific software application or utility. New versions or updates are released and these need to be applied across a number of networked computers.

Finally, there is the maintenance of physical items, such as battery replacement or hard drive replacement.

Gahleru Solutions provides ongoing maintenance for all of these and applies the updates where necessary. These can be performed onsite or via secure remote access in a lights-out environment.
