Managed Service Plans
Managed Service is our premium plan offering priority response and full IT Manager support. This plan is a contracted agreement with a fixed price calculated on network units, eg servers, computers, firewalls, etc., charged monthly. This plan also allows you to better plan your IT budget.
This support plan provides you with:

> Unlimited free technical support for all items listed in the support agreement.
> A fixed monthly fee (based on network units)
> A discount on fees for activities outside the agreement
> Access to 24/7 emergency support
> Regular maintenance
> Single point of contact
> Full network documentation including an Asset Catalogue
> Monthly network activity report
Major network changes or upgrades are processed as a Specific Project, requiring your approval. Additionally, all your staff are authorised to contact Gahleru Solutions for ad hoc services.
