IT Manager Service

In this service level Gahleru Solutions acts as your internal IT Manager. We actively monitor and manage all aspects of your network, allowing you to concentrate on running your business.

Authorised activities are strictly limited to maintaining your network. Major network changes or upgrades are processed as a Specific Project, requiring your approval. Nominated staff are authorised to contact Gahleru Solutions for ad hoc services. Monthly network activity reports are provided to management.

IT Manager Services are charged on a Time and Materials basis.
